Usha Mohan has 22 years of total experience in the Bangalore IT industry. She started her career in Andhra Bank and later worked with the Financial Systems Group in Wipro Technologies before taking up Marketing and Business Development responsibility at Triumph India. As part of business development, she has nurtured key customer accounts for the communication and messaging products.

At Triumph, she has pioneered technical communication or tech-comm as a specialized and outsourced activity in India. She has also been instrumental in setting up the quality management system (QMS) for documentation projects, the first of its kind in the world. Through her tireless efforts she has grown this company into the largest tech-comm services company in India. Usha, a Gold Medalist from Osmania University, holds an MBA degree from IIM Bangalore. She is also a member of the Society for Technical Communication.

Besides devoting time to her work life, Usha likes to contribute to the betterment of society around her. She is a member of the Rotary Club of RT Nagar and actively participates in their social initiatives. She works with the children of Corporation School Ganganagar and takes active part in Rotary’s Polio Eradication campaigns.

Swapna Narayanan has about 11 years of experience, out of which about two years in Software Development and Training, and over nine years in Instruction Design, Quality Assurance and Technical Writing in the IT industry. She has been associated with NIIT Ltd. and Satyam Computer Services Ltd.

Swapna has extensive knowledge of Word Processors, Help tools, and Image editing tools. She is certified in Microsoft technologies and has a very keen interest in quality processes. Her present responsibility entails Project Delivery. She holds a Masters degree in Sociology and a Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Network and Internet Applications.

Sreenivasa Kedlaya has approximately 17 years of experience in the IT services industry, of which 6 years is in Technical Writing. He started his career in Kirloskar Computer Services Ltd., Bangalore.

Sreenivasa’s expertise lies in the Networking and Telecom domains. He heads the Knowledge Management team, along with managing the New Business accounts. He is well conversant with the process of setting up Offshore Documentation facilities and has in-depth knowledge of documentation life cycle. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from the University of Mysore.

Viji Susan Mathew started her career in NIIT and has 13 years of experience in the IT industry. Her prime focus at present is on Business Development for Tech-comm division, although she has enormous experience in Education, Training, Delivery, and Operations.

Viji has been actively contributing to the growth of business during the course of her career. In addition to a Bachelor of Commerce degree, she has a diploma in Civil Engineering and a Post Graduate Diploma in Software Management.

G. Nagaraj has 15+ years of experience in the field of Finance, IT ERP Implementation and Project Management, out of which he has worked about 3 years as an entrepreneur in the Software & ERP fields. He has been associated with companies like Wipro Infotech Ltd. and 3i-Infotech Ltd. among others.

Nagaraj’s areas of expertise revolve around Finance, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, ERP, CRM and Business Intelligence. He heads the Enterprise Solutions Division. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and has specialized in Chartered Accountancy.

Mohan Ramanathan is an accomplished senior management executive with over 30 years of IT industry experience. He has been associated with organizations such as LRDE, PSI, Ultra Business Machines Pvt. Ltd, Kirloskar Group, and HP India. Before joining Triumph, he was part of the senior management team of the Global Delivery division of HP India. He has been instrumental in setting up the HP China Delivery Center and opening up markets in AsiaPac countries like Korea and Australia.

Mohan’s core competency spans across Development, Delivery, Operations, Resource Management, and Technology. He has worked in different capacities in IT industry and has steered large sized companies from inception to sustained growth. His educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics, from the University of Madras, and DMIT (Electronics) from MIT Chennai.

Outside of work, he actively participates in many social initiatives. He is an active Rotarian. He has initiated and leads a program called Sankhya that puts used computer systems to effective use in government and unaided schools. At the Rotary district level he leads the Digital Library program to provide easy access to e-books to schools.
