Usha Mohan

Designation : Managing Director

As the founder and Managing Director of Triumph India Software Services Pvt. Ltd, Usha is responsible for Triumph’s business strategy as well as day-to-day operations. She holds the distinction of making Triumph India the first documentation company to set up a Quality Management System (QMS). Usha currently represents India in the Working Group for Systems and User Documentation setup under the ISO-IEC/JCT1/SC7. Prior to launching Triumph India, Usha worked with Andhra Bank and later with the Financial Systems Group in Wipro Technologies. Her career spans a total of 22 years in the IT industry.

Usha holds a masters degree in business administration from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a bachelors degree in science from Osmania University, Hyderabad.

Outside of work, Usha is a member of the Rotary Club and actively participates in their social initiatives. Her social initiatives include sponsoring children of the Corporation School, Ganganagar and participating in Rotary's Polio Eradication campaigns.

Mohan Ramanathan

Designation : Chairman and President

Mohan Ramanathan is the Chairman and President of Triumph and has over 30 years of experience in the IT industry. Prior to joining Triumph, he was part of the senior management team of the Global Delivery division of HP India, where he was instrumental in setting up the HP China Delivery Center and creating opportunities in countries like Korea and Australia.

He has worked with LRDE, PSI, Ultra Business Machines Pvt. Ltd and Kirloskar Group. Mohan's competency spans Development, Delivery, Operations, Resource Management, and Technology. He has worked in different capacities in the IT industry for the last 30 years and has steered large-sized companies from inception to sustained growth.

Mohan holds a masters degree in Electronics from Madras Institute of Technology, Chennai and a bachelors degree in Physics from the University of Madras, Chennai. Outside of work, he is an active Rotarian. At the Rotary district level he leads the Digital Library program, which provides easy access of e-books to schools. He also currently leads Sankhya, a program that puts used computer systems to effective use in government and unaided schools.

Swapna Narayanan

Designation : General Manager

As General Manager of Managed Services, Swapna manages product and project based documentation services for Triumph India. She has over 11 years of experience in the IT industry.

Before joining Triumph, Swapna worked with Satyam Computer Services Ltd and NIIT Ltd. Her experience ranges from software development and training, instructional design, quality assurance to technical writing for the IT industry.

Swapna holds a master's degree in Sociology and a post-graduate diploma in Computer Network and Internet Applications. She is certified in Microsoft technologies and takes a keen interest in steering the quality processes at Triumph India.

Viji Susan Mathew

Designation : General Manager

As the General Manager of Business Solutions, Viji manages education and engineering documentation services for Triumph . She has played a pivotal role in the growth of Triumph’s Technical Communications division.

Viji has 13 years of experience in the IT industry that spans education, training, delivery, and operations, which includes her experience at NIIT.

In addition to a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Viji holds a diploma in Civil Engineering and a postgraduate diploma in Software Management.

M.A. Viswanathan

Designation : General Manager

Viswanathan has 22 years of IT experience with companies like HP, BEL and MicroGiga Infotech where he managed the delivery of large projects. His skills include maintenance and support of software applications/solutions and quality processes. He manages Delivery and Operations in Triumph India.

K Mohan

Designation : General Manager

Mohan has 22 years of experience in the IT industry in the areas of Software Architecture, Product Engineering and Product Management for enterprise applications. He manages technology solutions for Triumph India.

Ashwin Kumar

Designation : Sr. Manager

Ashwin has 9 years of experience in the IT services industry in the areas of Operations, Quality, Projects and Customer Management. He manages onsite projects with IT and Technology companies.

Susheela Nagarajan

Designation : Sr. Manager

Susheela has 14 years of experience in IT training and has handled business across the retail and corporate segments for organizations like NIIT and Oracle University. She manages TILA - the training division of Triumph India.
